Our 8 hectares of vineyards stretch across gentle hills about 50 meters above sea level, just a few kilometres from the coast. The southwest exposure, constant ventilation and mineral-rich soils create an ideal microclimate for growing characterful red grape varieties: Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
This terroir, unique in balance and nature, gives our wines identity, aromatic intensity and elegant structure; three different yet complementary wines, all sharing a clear and recognisable personality.
A collection created to tell, glass after glass, the strength and uniqueness of our land.
Deep ruby red. A complex, concentrated nose: blackberry, blueberry, boisé, balsamic herbs, juniper, Mediterranean scrub and a pleasant herbal touch.
Structured, persistent and suitable for ageing. 12 months in new French tonneaux, then brief stainless-steel rest before bottling.
Bright, vivid ruby red. Ample and spicy nose with blackberry, blackcurrant, ripe bell pepper, cocoa and liquorice. Full, warm, savoury and harmonious palate with a long, well-structured finish. 15 days of stainless-steel fermentation and 12 months in French tonneaux.
Intense ruby red. Aromas of red berries — cherry, blackberry, blueberry — together with myrtle, juniper, Mediterranean scrub and spicy boisé.
Fresh, savoury, with enveloping tannins and excellent structure. A dynamic wine capable of evolving over time. 12 months in tonneaux, then a short rest in steel.
Transparent, clear and crystalline.
A young grappa with lively personality, carrying the fragrances of the Bolgheri coast. Clear notes of fresh pomace, black cherry and flowering meadow. On the palate it is balanced and complex with excellent persistence.
The after-aroma reveals fruity and herbal notes of cut hay and liquorice. Traditional artisanal discontinuous distillation with low-temperature steam still.
